Spiritual Guide, Venerable Geshe
Kelsang for many years.

You are welcome to attend every class in the course or term, or you can just drop-in when you can. Each class is self contained, suitable for those who have never meditated before or for those with more experience.

Wednesday 3rd September (8 weeks - with half term)
Enjoying Life through Buddhist Meditation
(recommended reading Mahamudra Tantra)

An 8 week course with a half term.

Week 1) Enjoying Life:
An introduction to meditation and its great benefits.
Week 2) A Pure Intention:
The difference between a wise person and a foolish person lies in their intention - meditations to help you cultivate a pure intention.
Week 3) What is Tantra:
Meditations helping us to develop our imagination.
Week 4) Identifying the Mind:
Discover the nature of your mind and how deep happiness can be found within.

HALF TERM

Week 5) Preparing for Meditation:
Inspiring techniques to bring life into our meditaiton.
Week 6) A Spiritual Journey:
Making the first steps on our spiritual journey to permanent liberation.
Week 7) An Inner World:
Meditations helping us reduce distractions and find peace.
Week 8) What is Emptiness?:
An insightful, thought provoking final class - offering a new refreshing perspective on our existence.

Sense of shame and consideration for others are two beautiful minds that produce happiness for both ourself and others.
